In December, the amount of fish purchased decreases significantly due to rough weather and poor catches.Please understand that there will be many days when we are unable to prepare.A course where you can enjoy Hakata's famous Mizutaki and live squid together.This course is especially recommended for people from outside the prefecture who are looking for Hakata specialties.When live squid is not available, we will use other sashimi instead.

Fukuya's mentaiko is placed on crispy tortilla dough and baked.
It goes great with beer!
Deep-fried young chicken ●
Juicy fried chicken goes well with alcohol♪
●Hakata Mizutaki
This is Suidoya's proud Mizutaki, the result of repeated trial and error.The soup is made in-house over a seven-hour period.
The cabbage from our contracted farmers is also sweet and you can eat as much as you want.
●Sashimi tempura and potato tempura
The spear squid served first is then served as sashimi.
