In December, the amount of fish purchased decreases significantly due to rough weather and poor catches.Please understand that there will be many days when we are unable to prepare.A course that allows you to enjoy Hakata's specialty Mizutaki, live spear squid, and Kyushu beef all together.We have collected some of Suidenya's delicious dishes.(Can be changed to motsunabe) If live squid is not available, sesame mackerel and horse sashimi will be served.

Saga beef, Imari beef, and Oita beef are randomly stocked.

Juicy fried chicken goes well with alcohol♪
●Mentaiko mayonnaise pizza
Fukuya's mentaiko is placed on crispy tortilla dough and baked.
It goes great with beer!
●Hakata Mizutaki
This is Suidoya's proud Mizutaki, the result of repeated trial and error.The soup is made in-house over a seven-hour period.
The cabbage from our contracted farmers is also sweet and you can eat as much as you want.
