This is a truly exquisite motsunabe, made using brewing water, Rausu kelp from Hokkaido, and bonito flakes from Makurazaki, Kagoshima, with a light soy sauce flavor, and made with domestic beef offal and pesticide-free cabbage grown by Yoshimoto of Unzen City, Nagasaki Prefecture! *Can be enjoyed from a single serving.

A Japanese-style horigotatsu private room with a raised floor.It can be used by a small number of people, so it is ideal for private use such as dinner parties.
